From "we should post that"
to it went out at 09:00.
Six steps. They start with an account and end where most scheduling tools do not go: back to you with the numbers.
Create an account
Sign up with an email and a password. No credit card. Your first workspace is created for you; name it after the channel or the client.
Connect your accounts
TikTok, Instagram and YouTube, each through the platform's official sign‑in. You can disconnect at any time; Okashare deletes its tokens and what it read from the account.
Plan on the board
Write ideas in one line each. Turn the good ones into drafts and attach the video, from your computer or a public link. The board keeps the whole week or month in view.
Approve
An approved draft is still only a draft: nothing has been published. Okashare records who approved it, and only an approved draft can go on the calendar.
Schedule to the minute
Pick the account, the day and the exact time on your local clock. For TikTok, choose who can see the post, allow comments, duet and stitch, and declare commercial content. Okashare waits until then, publishes, and confirms once it is live. Change your mind? Move it, release it now, or cancel it.
See how it did
After the post goes out, Okashare retrieves views, likes, comments, shares and watch time from the platform over the following hours and days, and shows the weekdays and hours that have worked for your channel.
