Schedule TikTok posts to the minute.

Okashare lets you plan a TikTok video on a board, approve it, and schedule it for an exact day and minute. At that minute it publishes straight to your TikTok account with the audience, comment, duet, stitch and commercial-content choices you made, and afterwards shows you how the video performed.

Live in the private beta. Okashare has completed TikTok's audit for direct posting, so a scheduled post publishes with the audience you chose. Join the waitlist for an invite.

The choices TikTok requires, built into the form

TikTok asks every app that posts for a creator to show the same choices TikTok's own app does. Okashare shows them before a post can be scheduled and never picks for you.

  • Who can see it. You choose from the options TikTok offers your account right now, such as everyone, friends, followers or only you. Nothing is preselected.
  • Comments, duet and stitch. Off until you switch them on. A setting you have turned off in TikTok itself stays off.
  • Commercial content. Mark a post as promoting your own brand or as a paid partnership. TikTok's Music Usage Confirmation, and its Branded Content Policy for a paid partnership, are shown before you schedule.

From idea to a live TikTok

  1. Connect your TikTok account with TikTok's own sign-in. You can disconnect it at any time.
  2. Put the idea on the board, attach the video, write the caption and approve it. An approved draft is still only a draft.
  3. Pick the day, the minute and the audience settings, and put it on the calendar. Until it is being published you can move it, release it now or cancel it.
  4. At that minute Okashare uploads the video and confirms once TikTok has it. TikTok can take a few minutes to process a video.
  5. Views, likes, comments and shares come back over the following hours and days, where TikTok reports them.

Running more than one TikTok account

  • Each account is connected separately with its own sign-in. If you manage accounts for clients, each client gets a workspace of its own, with its own accounts, board and calendar, so nothing is mixed up.
