Terms of Service
1. What Okashare is
Okashare is a publishing console. It lets an account holder connect their own social media accounts (such as TikTok, Instagram and YouTube), plan posts, approve them, and publish content they own to those accounts, on demand or on a schedule they set, and see how those posts performed.
2. Your accounts and your content
You connect platform accounts you are entitled to use. You keep every right to the content you upload. Okashare stores it only for as long as needed to publish it and to show you its status, and publishes nothing you have not created and approved.
3. Platform rules
Each connected platform has its own terms. By publishing through Okashare you agree to follow them, including TikTok's rules on audience settings and commercial content disclosure, and you accept that a platform may refuse, remove or restrict content under its own policies. Okashare does not override platform decisions.
Okashare's YouTube features use YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel to Okashare you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use Okashare to publish content that is unlawful, that you do not have the right to publish, or that misleads people about who is speaking. Do not attempt to access another customer's data or to disrupt the service.
5. Fees
Okashare is free while in beta. If paid plans are introduced, you will be told in advance and nothing is charged without your agreement.
6. Availability and liability
Okashare is provided as is. We work to keep it available and correct, but we do not guarantee that every publish succeeds, that a platform stays reachable, or that the service is free of interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the three months before a claim.
7. Ending the agreement
You can disconnect any platform account or delete your Okashare account at any time, which deletes the tokens Okashare holds for it; the Privacy Policy says what else is deleted. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
